Ingredients
- 1 tsp buttery coconut oil
- 4 oz baked chicken breast
- 1 c of frozen cauliflower rice/pearls
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 c 2% cottage cheese
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 2 Tbsp Pace picante sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- Dice chicken, add to pan, stir to heat.
- Add cauli, cook about 2 minutes.
- Add cottage cheese and salt.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook an additional 2 minutes.
Notes
Can use any lean meat to keep this LF, or use non lean meats to make it F
