Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp palm oil
- 3-4 oz salmon filet
- 1 Tbsp coconut white balsamic vinegar Teaoli brand
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp of mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp herbes de Provence seasonings can use Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Sprinkle of black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
- Once oil is hot add salmon filet
- Pour vinegar over salmon, then add salt, pepper and seasonings.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip to seasoned side- let cook another 2 minutes
- Serve seasoned side up
