Ingredients
- 1 tsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
- 4 oz baked chicken breast
- 1 cup of frozen cauliflower rice/pearls
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 2 Tbsp Pace picante sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- Dice chicken, add to pan, stir to heat
- Add cauli, cook about 2 minutes
- Add cottage cheese salt and picante sauce. Stir to combine. Cook an additional 2 minutes.
Notes
Can use any lean meat to keep this LF, or use non lean meats to make it F
