Ingredients
- 8 oz unsweetened nut milk
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
- 2 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- Pinch mineral salt
- 1 Tbsp MCT oil use less if you have a sensitivity
- 3 oz coconut cream canned
- 1/4 tsp glucomannan
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in high speed blender
- Blend until combined
- Add 2 cup of ice, blend til broken up

Can I use canned coconut milk?
If you refrigerate the canned coconut milk, the cream seaparates and moves to the top. You can scrape that off and use it. Otherwise use the coconut milk as is, it just won’t be quite as creamy.
