Ingredients

  • 1 med apple cored & chopped
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened nut milk
  • 1/3 cup whey protein
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
  • 1/4 cup SweetEs fusion sweet
  • 1/4 tsp mineral salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup ground oats
  • 1/2 tsp butter extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Placed chopped apples and nut milk in high speed blender, purée until smooth.
  • Add protein powder, blend until just mixed.
  • Pour blended liquid into mixing bowl
  • Add all other ingredients, mix well.
  • Spoon mixture onto lightly sprayed, hot griddle- cook 4-5 minutes per side.
