It pays to have pre cooked meat always in your fridge or freezer for those occasions when you need to throw something together quickly. You can also make this meal with freshly cooked breast just add about 20 minutes to your total time.
Ingredients
- 1 lb precooked chicken breast
- 8 oz sour cream
- 12 oz jar La Victoria green salsa mild
- 4 oz can of diced green chiles
- 1/2 cup diced scallions
- 1/2 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
- 1 package 8 count low carb tortillas 6 net carbs or less
Instructions
- Shred precooked chicken into bowl
- Add all other ingredients except cheese and mix well
- Add half of the cheese to filling mixture -mix in to combine - reserve other half of cheese
- Spoon about 3 Tbsp of mixture of not each tortilla, roll and place into 9x 9 pan. Repeat process until all tortillas are rolled and on pan.
- Scrape balance of filling on top of rolled tortillas - spread out to cover- then top with balance of cheese
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Your recipes are wonderful. However, this one left me scratching my head. Step number 4. “Trieste prices”? …”mixture of not each tortilla,”…? I guess you were either tired or in a hurry! Please proofread for some of us who need very specific instructions!
