Chocolate•Okra•Peanut•Spinach
Perfect fat burning smoothie, really emphasizing those important fat burning elements of leafy greens, pure fats and glycine.
*This can be made either cold as a smoothie or hot as a porridge.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup frozen diced okra
- 1 cup loosely packed spinach leaves
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp defatted peanut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp banana extract
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 1-2 pinches mineral salt
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 2 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 1/2 teaspoon glucomannan
- 1/4 teaspoon sunflower lecithin powder
- 2 Tbsp whey protein isolate
- 2 cups ice optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except whey, and ice in high speed blender.
- Purée for 1:40
- All last two ingredients- blend for 30 seconds on high.
Notes
••To make as porridge:
Omit ice, then add all ingredients except collagen and whey to high speed blender.
Process on soup mode for 4 minutes.
Add whey and collagen without stopping blender. Process 1 additional minute -(5 minutes total).
