Savory Fritters that are virtually carb free and yummy! If you really want to up the flavor profile, top with my Pickled Pepper Syrup for some serious yum!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked spaghetti squash
- 1/2 cup SweetEs slimming blend
- 1/4 cup oat fiber
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 tsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- Coconut oil for frying.
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl until we’ll combined
- Pour oil in pan -over medium heat on stove
- Using cookie scoop, drop 6 mounds in pan and press flat with spatula (you might need to this in two batches)
- Cook each side about 2-3 minutes.
- Top with Pickled Pepper Syrup if desired

Can baking blend be used?
Yes but…this was created as a deep S recipe. If regular baking blend is used, it will no longer be deep s, just regular S
