Another huuuuge super smoothie loaded with benefits but not the taste, of okra. If you’re not a fan of cold drinks, you can totally make this hot by omitting ice and putting your blender on soup mode. If your blender is not equipped with that function, blend all of your ingredients except collagen and whey, then pour it into a saucepan over medium heat, and whisk for about 5 minutes. At that point add your whey and collagen and whisk until fully incorporated.

Ingredients
- 10 oz almond milk
- 2 cups frozen okra
- 4 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp butter extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp Madagascar vanilla ghee
- 2 tsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 2 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 2 Tbsp whey protein isolate
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except collagen, whey & ice in high speed blender- purée 1:40 til smooth
- Add last three ingredients, process on smoothie mode 50 seconds.
