I know I keep coming up with these strange names for my drinks, but they’re acronyms for the ingredients used in these yummy creations. Banana, Okra, Peanut, Spinach…make sense now? Hahaha! This thing is ginormous and definitely big enough to share if you want. You can also have half for breakfast and half for lunch. The best part: no hint of okra!!!
Ingredients
- 12 oz unsweetened nut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups frozen cut okra
- 2 cups fresh/frozen spinach
- 6 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp banana extract
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 4 Tbsp defatted peanut flour
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan
- 1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin
- 1 scoop hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except collagen and whey and ice, in high speed blender
- Process on purée mode (1:40)
- Add balance of ingredients, process on Smoothie mode (50 seconds).

Could I make this on soup mode?
Yes you may. Add the collagen and and whey at the end of the process. These items don’t like to be cooked. Omit the ice.
