Sweets BOPS smoothie

I know I keep coming up with these strange names for my drinks, but they’re acronyms for the ingredients used in these yummy creations. Banana, Okra, Peanut, Spinach…make sense now?  Hahaha!   This thing is ginormous and definitely big enough to share if you want. You can also have half for breakfast and half for lunch. The best part: no hint of okra!!!

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, except collagen and whey and ice, in high speed blender
  • Process on purée mode (1:40)
  • Add balance of ingredients, process on Smoothie mode (50 seconds).
