A quick noodle stir fry using Konjac noodles, tuna and shredded cabbage, that’s quick and easy and yields a delicious result!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 packages Konjac Miracle noodles
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 tsp adobo seasoning
- 3 Tbsp liquid aminos
- 5 oz can of tuna in water- drained
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
Instructions
- Place oil in skillet over high heat
- Place noodles in colander, drizzle with ACV, then rinse well under hot water
- Place drain noodles in pan with hot oil, and cover to reduce splattering oil.
- Add all seasonings to noodles, mixing well to incorporate
- Cook noodles for 5 minutes, turning frequently
- Add tuna and broth, stir and continue cooking for 3 minutes, till heated.
- Add shredded cabbage and mix into hot mixture just until heated..another minute or two.
- If you prefer your cabbage “cooked” add it in earlier in the cooking or cook it longer after adding.
