Yummy low carb, naked, keto friendly wings! Wings are my husband’s favorites, and I’m always trying to find ways to make them a bit differently each time as I make them at least once a week. I always brine my meats, especially chicken so plan to allow some time for this. Brining can be done for anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on how much time you have. Even if you don’t brine, these are still good! I used whole chicken wings, then cut into pieces after cooking.
