Crunchy topping perfect for ice cream or brownies or anything that needs a crunch!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp Sweetes Fusion Sweet
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup large unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Place butter, sweetener and salt in frying pan over med-high heat
- If your pecans are whole, place in baggie and bang lightly with a coffee much to crush.
- Add crushed pecans to butter mixture, stir well to coat. Cook about 1 minute, lower heat, then add coconut flakes.
- Stir until, toasted and golden brown, another 1 minute or so, remove from heat and immediately transfer to another dish to stop cooking process.
