Ingredients

  • 1 Low carb tortilla 6 net carbs or less
  • 1 tablespoon SweetEs fusion sweet divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon of butter or coconut oil divided
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 475.
  • Coat each side of tortilla with 1/4 teaspoon of oil
  • Sprinkle each side with 1/2 tablespoon sweetener
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon
  • Bake at 475 for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, cut into wedges using a pizza cutter
  • Sprinkle with a light pinch of salt if desired.
