The flavors of chai…in a super healthy, benefits-packed, smoothie!
Ingredients
- 10 oz unsweetened nut milk
- 4 oz water
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cut okra
- 1 Tbsp Super Powder Blend
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 1 Tbsp buttery coconut oil
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except last two, in high speed blender. Process on purée mode (1:40) until smooth
- Add last two ingredients, process on smoothie mode (50 seconds).

Is this supposed to contain Chai as the name implies? it looks wonderful and I plan on making it as soon as I mix up more Super Power Blend
The spices imply that it is chai. Those would be the spices used in chai.
All the spices used are what give it the Chai flavor, especially the cardamom.
