Mmmm bread, with a real bread texture and those floral tropical notes of Hawaiian bread….it’s low carb, low fat, and low calorie…not that we count calories….but with all of that, what more could you ask for? Go make this bread y’all! Hurry up! Oh! And you make it in the blender! Easy peasy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup egg whites - from carton
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp THM pineapple extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 cup whey protein isolate
- 1/4 cup hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 1 Tbsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/2 cup SweetEs All Purpose baking blend (Can use THM baking blend)
- 1/4 cup oat fiber
- 1/3 cup SweetEs fusion sweet (can use gentle sweet)
- 1 tsp ginger powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place eggs whites, eggs, and xanthan gum, in blender, blend til thick and fluffy, about 1 minute
- Add all other wet ingredients- blend 1 minute
- Add all dry ingredients, blend until fully incorporated- about 2 minutes
- Grease a glass loaf pan with about 2 tsp of melted buttery coconut oil. Pour batter into baking pan, bake 45-50 minutes at 350.

Hello. I love your recipes! I am dairy free and my poor tummy doesn’t do well with Oat fiber. How could I tweak this recipe?
