  • Place almond flour and flax meal in dry frying pan over medium high heat. Stir to combine.
  • Toast mixture by stirring frequently until golden brown (about 4 minutes) - do not leave unattended.
  • Remove from heat and pour into bowl.
  • Add sweetener and salt, mix to combine.
  • Add butter and cut into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Press into pie plate or cupcake liners. Refrigerate for 30 minutes til set. Crust is now ready for whatever you want!
