Quick and easy soup for those chill, lazy evenings.

Ingredients
- 6 frozen Italian meatballs
- 16 oz beef or bone broth
- 2 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 medium zucchini- sliced
- 1-2 cups riced cauliflower
Instructions
- Place meatballs in microwave safe dish, nuke for 3 minutes
- While meatballs are nuking, place broth, seasonings and bay leaves in saucepan over medium heat
- Add meatballs, peppers and zucchini. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add riced cauliflower cook an additional 5 minutes
