Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chicken drumsticks

Brine

  • 3 Tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup distill med white vinegar
  • 1 gallon water

Rub

  • 2 tsp mineral salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 3 Tbsp parm cheese green can

Instructions

  • Place chicken legs and brine ingredients in bowl deep enough to cover all pieces. Let sit for 30 minutes
  • Make rub from all dry ingredients. Rub on legs massaging into pieces well.
  • Line baking dish or cookie sheet with foil, then spray foil with cooking spray
  • Place drums in single layer in dish, bake 60 minutes....turning over at halfway point.
