Another perfect bread, this time with herbaceous notes, to fit the extra fat burning category where breads are usually limited.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup SweetEs slimming blend
- 1/3 cup oat fiber
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3/4 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/2 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk - heated to just warm not hot
- 1/4 cup Nutiva buttery coconut oil melted
- 1 beaten egg
Instructions
- Turn oven on to 450, spray oven safe pan (cast iron is best) with cooking spray and place empty pan in oven. Allow to heat while making bread mixture
- Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add in warm milk and oil and mix until incorporated.
- Add beaten egg last and mix until smooth
- Remove pan from oven, reduce temperature to 350, and leave oven door open to stabilize oven temp.
- Scrape batter into hot pan, smooth batter out with spatula. Hold handle to stabilize pan, but don’t forget your potholder!
- Place in oven - close door then bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
