Ingredients
- 1/3 cup SweetEs slimming blend
- 1/3 cup oat fiber
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Tbsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1 Tbsp parm cheese green can
- 1 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk - heated to just warm not hot
- 1/4 cup melted buttery coconut oil
- 1 beaten egg
Instructions
- Turn oven on to 450, spray oven safe pan (cast iron is best) with cooking spray and place empty pan in oven. Allow to heat while making bread mixture
- Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add in warm milk and oil and mix until incorporated.
- Add beaten egg last and mix until smooth
- Remove pan from oven, reduce temperature to 350, and leave oven door open-this is an important step to cool your oven down
- Scrape batter into hot pan, then smooth out with spatula to edges
- Place in oven - close door then bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. © Elena Córdoba
