Pork tenderloin that’s perfectly cooked, nicely seasoned and fits all meal categories.
Ingredients
- 1.25 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1/4 tsp creole seasoning
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp all spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Trim any visible fat from tenderloin, poke holes in it with fork, set aside
- Make rub with all seasonings
- Pour oil over tenderloin, rub all over
- Add seasoning rub, massaging into meat. Be sure all of it is covered.
- Heat oven proof, heavy skillet over high heat til nice and hot- add meat and brown on all sides of loin- about 1-2 minute per side.
- Place skillet in oven, cook for 15 minutes at 400
- Remove from oven. Flip meat over- reduce heat to 350- cook an additional 10 minutes.
