Light apple flavored pancakes packed with muscle preserving protein!
Ingredients
- 1 med apple cored & chopped
- 3/4 cup unsweetened nut milk
- 1/3 cup whey protein
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/4 cup SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/3 cup ground oats
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Placed chopped apples and nut milk in high speed blender, purée until smooth.
- Add protein powder, blend until just mixed.
- Pour blended liquid into mixing bowl
- Add all other ingredients, mix well.
- Spoon mixture onto lightly sprayed, hot griddle- cook 4-5 minutes per side.
