Ingredients

Donut

  • 1 cup SweetEs All purpose baking blend
  • 3/4 cup SweetEs fusion sweet
  • 1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp mineral salt
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp buttery coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup half n half
  • 3 Tbsp kefir can replace with more half n half
  • 2 large eggs

Frosting

  • 2 Tbsp butter room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese room temperature
  • 3-4 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
  • Pinch mineral salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Make dough by combining all dry ingredients, including spices and whisk together in mixing bowl
  • Heat buttery coconut oil, half n half and kefir in microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Add warm mixture to dry ingredients and mix with mixing spoon.
  • Add eggs and mix until we’ll combine.
  • Divide dough evenly in 9 wells of either muffin or doughnut pan (I used a donut pan
  • Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes (may need additional minutes if muffin pan is used)
  • While rolls are baking, make frosting by combining butter and cream cheese in small mixing bowl or mug
  • Mix until creamy, then add balance of ingredients. When rolls are done, frost while warm

  • Sprinkle with cinnamon “sugar” if desired. (Combine 1-2 T fusion sweet with 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon)

*Note: if you don’t have kefir just replace it with an equal amount of half n half
