Ingredients: 1 oz Bakers chocolate (4 squares); 1 Tbsp grassfed butter or coconut oil (I used butter flavored coconut oil); 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet; 1/8 tsp mineral salt; 1 Tbsp vanilla extract; 1 Tbsp instant coffee granules (optional); 1 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides; 1/8 tsp almond extract; 1 egg

Ingredients

1 oz Bakers chocolate 4 squares
1 Tbsp grassfed butter or coconut oil I used butter flavored coconut oil
3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
1/8 tsp mineral salt
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp instant coffee granules optional
1 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides
1/8 tsp almond extract
1 egg

Instructions

Put chocolate, butter & coconut oil in microwave safe bowl - nuke for 30 seconds til melted - mix well -
add next 5 ingredients mix well
Add egg mix well
Microwave for 60 seconds
Alternately, put in 2 small ramekins or and bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Makes one large single serving cake, or 2 small cakes

THE absolute bomb!! :)… when you need your chocolate fix and you don’t want the carbs!!.. perfect!!.. AND easy to make! :)… I don’t have a microwave. so I just bake mine!

Chocoholics dream come true! This was so amazingly good and it has NO flours:) I didn’t use baker’s choc but used the Aldi’s moser Roth 85% 1 bar and I hope that was still acceptable, but it def was yummy!!! This is a keeper and cookbook worthy:) as all of your recipes are!! Ty

The Aldi’s (or anyone else’s) 85% chocolate bar does unfortunately contain sugar. While the amount is acceptable in a regular S, for a deep S it needs tob e 100% which is meant for cooking and baking only…not eating, so don’t taste it! Lol

We don’t count calories on this plan, but it’s approximately 205 calories and zero net carbs

Unfortunately, No. You need a 100% unsweetened chocolate bar. Baker’s chocolate is perfect. You can find it in the baking section of any grocery store.
