Toasted almond flour and flax meal together, mimic that graham cracker flavor that we need in certain desserts.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 1/3 cup SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Place almond flour and flax meal in dry frying pan over medium high heat. Stir to combine.
- Toast mixture by stirring frequently until golden brown (about 4 minutes) - do not leave unattended.
- Remove from heat and pour into bowl.
- Add sweetener and salt, mix to combine.
- Add butter and cut into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press into pie plate or cupcake liners. Refrigerate for 30 minutes til set. Crust is now ready for whatever you want!
