If you know me, you know I have a crazy creative mind. I come up with stuff that sounds completely nuts, but it works! This is one of those recipes. Don’t be afraid to try it! You won’t be disappointed. Fair warning, it has a bit of a zing, but nothing too overwhelming. It is from peppers after all. I keep a jar of pickled jalapeño and pepperoncini peppers in my fridge at all times.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Pickled or canned jalapeño brine
- 2 Tbsp of pepperoncini pepper brine
- 2 Tbsp jarred or canned jalapeño rings
- 2 Tbsp jarred pepperoncini slices
- 1/3 cup SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 pinch mineral salt
Instructions
- Measure out your ingredients and place in saucepan over medium heat- mix well.
- Cook on medium low stirring frequently for 5 minutes
- Store in mason jar.
- This syrup will likely crystallize once cooled. Just nuke for a few seconds, or drop jar in hot water.
