Perfect crunchy topping for cupcakes, cakes, yogurt or to just eat as is! Easy to make, but also easy to burn. Do not leave unattended!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp buttery coconut oil
- 1 cup chopped/crushed pecans
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 1/2 tsp mineral salt
- 2 tsp caramel extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet over Med high heat.
- Add pecans and almonds, stir to coat
- Add all other ingredients except coconut. Toast while tossing for 3-4 minutes
- Add coconut mix in to combine, toast and additional 2-3 minutes
- Remove from heat, pour onto a parchment lined cookie sheet to cool. If you leave in pan it will continue cooking and toasting.
- Top your favorite cupcake or dessert and enjoy!
