Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti squash
  • 1/2 cup SweetEs slimming blend
  • 1/4 cup oat fiber
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp aluminum free baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp SweetEs fusion sweet
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • Coconut oil for frying.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl until we’ll combined
  • Pour oil in pan -over medium heat on stove
  • Using cookie scoop, drop 6 mounds in pan and press flat with spatula (you might need to this in two batches)
  • Cook each side about 2-3 minutes.
  • Top with Pickled Pepper Syrup if desired
