This bisque is so creamy and buttery, yet there’s not a drop of butter in it!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti squash
- 1/2 cup frozen diced okra
- 1/2 cup frozen multi colored bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in high speed blender, use soup mode if you have it.
- If not, blend until smooth then place on stovetop over medium low heat for 15-20 minutes
