This mix is a time saver when I’m rushing oit in the mornings. It keeps me from pulling down 5 different containers to make my drinks.
Love Love this i use to be a coffeemate user but this is so much better
This was suppose to say i use this blend in all my mixes always have some made up for when i need to make something thanks Elena this has been my lifesaver
You’re worth than welcome!
I would never do ANY baking without using this blend. I’ve tried others in the past and will only use Elena’s Baking Blend. It has a GREAT taste and super easy to make! It’s a reliable blend and I know I can use any THM recipe and it never fails with this blend!
What do you add to it to make a loaf of bread? How long till bake it at what temperature? Thanks so much.
So, this can be used as a substitute in other THM recipes? Is it 1 to 1 w their blend?
Yes it can. 🙂
I am allergic to nuts. Do you know, if I were to substitute the almond flour for additional Flaxmeal, would that still fit the LF guidelines and be the same 1:1 ratio for recipes?
The BEST baking blend! Makes wonderful baked goods!
Thank you 🙂
This is the only baking blend I will use! It’s absolutely perfect! Thanks for sharing it with us!!!
Happy to hear you enjoy it!
So good!!! The texture of my cake was spot on!!!!!
So glad to hear it!
Can I use this in place of THM baking blend? Any adjustments to the amount?
I’m wondering that as well.
Yes :)!
Yes.
I would guess this is more economical then THM Baking Blend. I like theirs, as I am sure I would like this as well, but I need to pinch pennies!
This is definitely more economical to me. Additionally you will also have the separate ingredients if needed for other recipes. Win-win
