Ingredients

  • 6 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 oz water
  • 1 cup medium sized lemon or 1/4lemon juice
  • 3 whole strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp baobab
  • 2 cups frozen cut okra
  • 6 Tbsp SweetEs Fusion Sweet acidic drinks need more sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp glucomannan
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1/8 tsp mineral salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop whey
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except whey and ice in high speed blender
  • Purée till smooth (1:40 in a Dash)
  • Add whey & ice, blend another 30 seconds on high.
