I know the name is weird…hahaha, but I have to come up with an acronym for it and this one fits! SOB Strawberry, Okra, Baobab, great stuff with great benefits, and as usual you CANNOT taste the okra.

Ingredients
- 12 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cut okra
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese (I use Daisy)
- 2 Tbsp baobab powder
- 1/4 tsp Moringa powder
- 1/4 tsp ashwaghanda powder
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan
- 1/4 cup SweetEs fusion sweet start with less if you like it less sweet- add as needed
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1/4 tsp lemon extract
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
- 1-2 cups of ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except whey and ice in high speed blender
- Purée till smooth (1:40 in a Dash blender)
- Add whey & ice blend another 30 seconds on high.
