Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp melted cocoa butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c whey protein isolate
- 2 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 2 pinches mineral salt
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Put cocoa butter, coconut oil and cream in pan on med low heat, whisking to combine ingredients.
- Add vinegar, whisk until all ingredients are smooth.
- Remove from heat
- Add all other ingredients one at a time whisking each one until smooth batter will begin to cool during whisking. Add egg (be sure batter is cool enough to not scramble your egg). Whisk egg in.
- Pour into 2 small greased ramekins
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes

This cake is delicious, love it with a few sliced strawberries. Yummy
Perfect. You can top that with some home made whipped cream. yum!

I am a little confused with the 3 TBSP Of heavy cream and egg how this is an EFB? I might have my acronyms incorrect I am thinking fuel pull?
