Instructions
Make dough by combining all dry ingredients, including spices and whisk together in mixing bowl
Heat buttery coconut oil, half n half and kefir in microwave for 30 seconds.
Add warm mixture to dry ingredients and mix with mixing spoon.
Add eggs and mix until we’ll combine.
Divide dough evenly in 9 wells of either muffin or doughnut pan (I used a donut pan
Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes (may need additional minutes if muffin pan is used)
While rolls are baking, make frosting by combining butter and cream cheese in small mixing bowl or mug
Mix until creamy, then add balance of ingredients. When rolls are done, frost while warm

Sprinkle with cinnamon “sugar” if desired. (Combine 1-2 T fusion sweet with 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon)
Notes
*Note: if you don’t have kefir just replace it with an equal amount of half n half
