Warm yummy cinnamon rolls in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
Donut
- 1 cup SweetEs All purpose baking blend
- 3/4 cup SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 Tbsp buttery coconut oil
- 1/4 cup half n half
- 3 Tbsp kefir can replace with more half n half
- 2 large eggs
Frosting
- 2 Tbsp butter room temperature
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese room temperature
- 3-4 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- Pinch mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Make dough by combining all dry ingredients, including spices and whisk together in mixing bowl
- Heat buttery coconut oil, half n half and kefir in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add warm mixture to dry ingredients and mix with mixing spoon.
- Add eggs and mix until we’ll combine.
- Divide dough evenly in 9 wells of either muffin or doughnut pan (I used a donut pan
- Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes (may need additional minutes if muffin pan is used)
- While rolls are baking, make frosting by combining butter and cream cheese in small mixing bowl or mug
- Mix until creamy, then add balance of ingredients. When rolls are done, frost while warm

- Sprinkle with cinnamon “sugar” if desired. (Combine 1-2 T fusion sweet with 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon)
Notes
*Note: if you don’t have kefir just replace it with an equal amount of half n half
